What is The Process Like?
1. How Does a Session Work?
Before your session I will ask you to think about what you want to achieve from coaching. What are the changes you’d like to make? What do you feel you are lacking in your life? During your session we will explore possible action steps or goals to work on. At your next session we will continue to build towards the next chapter of your life.
2. What is the Price of a session?
The fee for your session is €70 and lasts for one hour.
3. How Many Sessions will I Need?
This depends entirely on you and the things that you want to improve. Each session is booked one at a time so you get to decide how many sessions you’d like and how often you want to meet.
4. Where do the Sessions Take Place?
If you are based in Dublin or the surrounding area, we will meet in a quiet and comfortable hotel or café. If you are further afield sessions take place via Skype or WhatsApp video call.
